Information here is descriptive, not a contract
We describe the resort, the accommodation, the care and the activities as accurately as we can. Facilities, staffing and programmes change over time. Nothing on this website forms an offer or a binding commitment, and photographs show the resort as it was when they were taken.
Fees
We do not publish fees. They depend on the level of care assessed and the villa chosen, so we quote individually. Any figure quoted to you is valid for the period stated in that quotation and is not set by anything on this website.
Enquiries and appointments
Sending an enquiry does not reserve accommodation or guarantee a place. Visits are by appointment: unannounced visits disrupt care staff who are working. A place is confirmed only in writing, after an assessment of the care needed.
