The resort is in Mae Rim district, on the Mae Rim-Samoeng Road: rolling green hills, cooler air than the city, and roughly 25 to 30 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport and the Old City.

If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please email rather than assume. We do sometimes receive contact form submissions with no usable reply address, and if that happens we have no way of reaching you. A short email solves it.

Visiting
Please make an appointment
We encourage people to come and look and to discuss things with us properly. We do ask that you book first.
Visitors arriving without an appointment have become an increasing problem, and the people they disrupt are the carers, who are working. An appointment means someone is free to walk you round and answer questions instead of being pulled away from a resident.
There is accommodation on site if relatives want to stay over, and people travelling from abroad often build a holiday around the visit.
Getting here: the resort is on the Mae Rim-Samoeng Road, about thirty minutes from Chiang Mai, away from the traffic and the pollution. Chiang Mai has an international airport.
On pricing
Why we will not quote before we talk to you
We purposely do not publish pricing on the website because our pricing depends on the level of care necessary and the room type chosen. We prefer to discuss what you, or your relative, needs.
If you have any questions at all, especially regarding pricing, please do not hesitate to contact us. Tell us the level of care needed and we will come back with a real figure rather than a range.
For context on where to start: comparable residential care in the UK, United States and Australia commonly runs from around USD 8,000 to 15,000 a month. Care in Thailand is considerably less than that, though it is not cheap.
How quickly will you reply?

Can we just turn up?
Please do not. Book an appointment and someone will be free to show you round properly.
What should I have ready?
The level of care needed, any diagnosis, current medication, mobility, and roughly when you are thinking of. That is enough for us to give you a real answer on both suitability and cost.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Care is given in English and Thai.
Can we stay while we visit?
Yes, there is accommodation on site for visiting family.
